Dave Genz Early Ice Tips
Come along on an early ice adventures as Dave Genz takes to one of his many secrete lakes to catch some nice sunnies and crappies. See Dave's new snow machine and the amazing setup he has around it.
I went to a great crappie lake back home in Wisconsin the last week Of December and could not for the life of me find them.thought for sure they would be in the 30 to 40ft water Deanne but were not...tried shallow 10-25ft range with same results.where do you think they would be at present? Love the show.I've been impatiently waiting for new videos...thanks.
I see when Dave stops the snowmobile and get's off a crack shoot's thru the ice under the snowmobile, be carefull everyone !!!!!!!!
Pete, The engineer's at Clam Corp are responsible for customizing my sled. Whenever I get a new one they need to readjust the auger and Trap mounts because Arctic Cat may change or tweak their designs. I would suggest bring your sled to a local metal fabricator and discussing what you would like to do and have them help you with getting the bells and whistles you want.
Dave, I am using Yaktrax XTR's on my boots, here is the link:

Great video. Excellent info as always. Question: Where and how do you get your sled customized? Do you have any advice or detailed instructions for do-it- yourselfers?
